George G Smith Jr is a blogger, social strategist, and digital native. Having always had a passion for blogging, he has blogged professionally and personally since 2000. He created the Social Media communications and marketing program for Crocs, Inc, which he oversaw until late 2009. Currently, he works at R/GA where he works as a Social Media Lead on the Walmart account. He has spoken at SXSW, Izeafest, Blog World Expo and other professional conferences on the relationships between brands and bloggers, as well as other topics.
